Haute's innovation researcher and curator, grew up in the world of research and innovation. Diego established the first 18 years of his career as director of his own research institute, helping Fortune 500 companies, including health, cosmetics, skincare and technology companies, develop products.

He began experimenting in his Austin home, searching for natural extracts and active ingredients from around the world and making his own treatment cream, which he called "The Dream Cream," as it included only the best of the best, he identified that no product on the market did this.

This inspired the idea that there should be a skincare line that develops products that not only consider benefit and glamour, but truly embrace the latest and most advanced dermatological research to actually solve skin problems. His quest led him to find the missing link to merge the worlds of technology and beauty and create the Haute Custom Beauty algorithm and its 800+ DermaProfiles™.

Gerard comes from a European dynasty in the Spa and Aesthetics world and developed his career with a precise and calculated combination of training, work, and study, both in the international business world and in the professional world of skin, hair, and scalp health. He was raised in the traditional beauty world, working in his family's Spa since his teenage years.

By working within one of the leading European luxury skincare brands, Kanebo (a Kao subsidiary with brands like Jergens, Biore, and John Frieda), in sales and distribution, and also by working himself as an expert in diagnosing skin, scalp, and hair at a cellular and microscopic level, he became an essential pillar at Haute Custom Beauty to deploy all research programs with unwavering dedication to obtaining the most advanced biotechnological active ingredients and only the purest marine and botanical extracts, as required by Haute's formulation. He meticulously oversees the laboratory processes and protocols that create our ultra-luxury skincare line with only the highest standards.

Extraordinary Facialist & Skin Magician

Irene was born into a world of beauty and is often called "The Good Witch" by her longtime clients at the Haute Beauty Institute and Spa in Barcelona, due to her extraordinary ability to transform the skin and facial contours of her clients. At the tender age of 9, after school, she was already helping her mother in the family Spa, established in 1963, where she learned about skin and body care, while later delving into deeper study and practice, including training worldwide and working with some of the most exclusive European and Japanese skincare brands, using all kinds of medical beauty devices and procedures.

The thousands of facials she has performed have bequeathed her a true sixth sense and an almost magical relationship with her clients' skin. Irene's beauty secrets, inherent knowledge of skin, and soul, were implemented with HCB's dermatological research as the foundation for all Haute products and the brand's identity. She is the Head of Treatments at the Beauty Institute & Spa in Barcelona and has been awarded "Best Facial in Spain."
